HONEY MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
11/2 Chicken breast( 5 pieces)
Mustard sauce
Honey
Garlic and Ginger paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt.
FOR MUSTARD SAUCE, we have
11/2 tsp of oil( any healthy oil of your choice can do.
11/2 mustard
11/2 tsp honey
11/2 tsp garlic
3/4 diced oregano
1/2 onion powder.
INSTRUCTIONS
1 On an open free surface, Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.. then transfer into a large bowl and mix it up well.. then cover it.
LETS MAKE MUSTARD SAUCE
2.In a bowl. mix honey,mustard,oregano garlic and onion powder..mix it well then add it on the chicken. continue giving it a good mixture until everything is well prepared incorporated. Remember we didn't use soy sauce, so this is a healthy meal to children and anyone watching their weight.
3.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes as the chicken rest a little while to get absorbed in the mixture
4.Now put the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes.Turn the chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining mustard mixture ,bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.Let cool for about 5 mins before serving
