PUMPKIN BREAD ROLLS

                                  serves 8

INGREDIENTS

1 cup warm milk 

1tsp  dry yeast

1 cup of mashed pumpkin

4 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon powder

melted unsalted butter

2tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

step1 mix  the warm milk and  dry yeast well             then put in a warm place for about 5          minutes .

step2.  In a clean  bowl mix the dry ingredients.            hat is sugar, flour,salt and cinnamon    powder 

step3. Put together the yeast mixture, vanilla extract  unsalted  butter and the mashed pumpkin, mix it well until its nicely done.

step4. Mix  the wet and dry ingredients  together for about 5 minutes to get a nice sticky dough.transfer it on a flat surface  knead until its smooth and elastic.. (rem we dont want a too sticky dough)

step5.Let it rise. put the dough  in a bowl  cover with a kitchen towel .place the dough  in a warm place for 30 minutes.

step6.Transfer in into a flat surface. then cut into small balls.


  step7.Line them in the baking sheet . let rise      again for 30 minutes

  step8.Brush them with milk this will help       result in  a nice golden color.

  step9.Bake at 190degrees  for  about 15 to 20                  minutes or until golden brown



                            ☺Ready to serve.
