EGG CURRY

cook time 30 minutes 
total cook time  40 minutes
serves 5



INGREDIENTS 

10 boiled and peeled eggs
4 tsp oil
1 large chopped onion
1 tsp ginger
2 clover garlic
2 tomatoes finely chopped
salt to taste
water
coriander leaves.
 
INSTRUCTIONS 

1.Heat oil in a pan, add onions to fry until they  are golden  brown(4-5 minutes) do not let them        burn.
2.Add ginger and garlic paste then  fry for about  2 minutes
3.Add your  tomatoes... for these. make sure it cooks well until oil starts oozing out put salt     to     taste 3 minutes or so
4.Add a cup of water.. let it cook for  another 20 minutes.
5.Then  add  boiled eggs  coriander leaves and  Let it simmer  for 5 minutes  or  until you see it's      ready.Your egg curry is ready to serve🥰 it's just  that simple.
6.Serve  with rice or anything of your choice.
