SIMPLE CREPES






You have a lazy day?,this is one of the simplest breakfast  recipe to make.a 20 minute  process simple and easy to prepare.


INGREDIENTS 
3 cup of all purpose flour 
3 tablespoons of sugar 
3/4 cup of milk  
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
Honey
2 eggs
 
INSTRUCTIONS .

1. In a large bowl put  your eggs and sugar whisk until it's well done or pale yellow,meanwhile In     another bowl  mix  well the flour and  a little desiccated coconut until is well done.

2.Put together all the above and fold i in, once is roughly combined, now go in with the milk bit      by bit  to reach a required consistency.

3.Once all this is done ,heat your pan over medium heat.,add 1/2 a tsp of unmelted  butter. scoop    small portions of your mixture into the pan.

4.Cook for 2 minutes allowing each side  until its golden brown.

5.Serve hot with a drizzle of honey.
