Kienyeji chicken wet fry (tenderized naturally spiced )

 


INGREDIENTS 

1 whole chicken
3tsp oil
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic
1tsp ginger
3 tomatoes
coriander leaves
salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Boil the chicke in lots  of water with whole  ginger and garlic  until soft..Drain, and remove the whole ingredients. slightly deep fry the chicken  for 2 minutes and set aside.

2.In a large  pan,  cook the onions until they are golden brown

3.Add in the  crashed garlic and ginger..  stir and let it cook

4Add in the  tomatoes, cook until  everything is well done.

5.Go  in with the chicken, stir it well and let it simmer under low heat
Garnish with coriander cover for about a minute and serve

   This delicacy can be best served with ugali. chapati. rice..fries or as desired  enjoy
