Masala chips simple recipe at home

 


INGREDIENTS

5 big potatoes

1tsp oil

2 cloves( crashed)

1/2 green bell pepper

3 tomatoes (puree)

1tsp tomatoe paste

black pepper

salt to taste

coriander leaves


PROCEDURE.

1.peel the potatoes wash and slice lengthwise and pat dry.


2.Heat oil  in a big pan  and fry the potatoes for about 4 minutes take out and let cool for 5 minutes  as the oil heats .Again deep in the potatoes  and fry for 2 minutes,drain and set aside.

3.Heat a  tsp of oil and saute the  onions until translucent

4.Add garlic and  the green  bell pepper and mix well for 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoe  puree and tomatoe paste, salt,black pepper and chilli  powder, let it cook for 5 minutes

5 Add in the fried chips stir well and garnish with coriander leaves.
   
         Can be served as desired..enjoy😋
